We are all feeling it and it is affecting us in many challenging ways. If left unchecked, stress can turn into a chronic state which can lead to many other physical and mental health challenges.

My own family and friends have suffered, and I'm certain many of yours have too.

​It’s always great to get together with family and friends, enjoy time together, and sometimes help each other through the everyday stuff that is life. We all love a good get together, good company with those we care about, and putting the world to rights.

Many of us especially love nurturing ourselves with treatments for our external body, but what if you could have a relaxing afternoon supporting and nurturing your inner world, your brain and your nervous system, learning how to let go of the toxic emotions that have been so prevalent and present in mind and body?

What if you could gather together, in the comfort of your own home, and learn an amazing, easy, effective tool that can bring fast relief from every day stresses, unhelpful thinking and challenging issues, and what if you could take that tool away to use every day on yourself, and with those you care about.

EFT is a powerful tool to learn and have available for those moments, that pretty much occur most days, when you need  something more than a positive mental attitude to stay emotionally balanced. Proactively creating Peace and Balance is a powerful antidote to the high levels of stress that many of us are under every day.

Stress and anxiety, moments of anger or frustration, thoughts and beliefs that hold us back, challenging situations, and even those negative thoughts and beliefs that can throw us off track can all be easily relieved using EFT, and the great news is that you can learn it together to support each other through these times.

Learn and practice in the comfort of home
I offer in-home workshops for you, your family members and your friends to learn, practice and get comfortable in using EFT to relieve every day stresses not only for yourself, but to learn and practice together so you all have the tools and skill to assist and support each other in times of need. It can be used to help children and even pets!

Throughout this interactive 4 hours you will:
  • Learn and practice the technique for personal use together, creating a powerful network of support for your close circle
  • Learn about the science behind the process, how it works on mind, body and spirit
  • Explore your deeper beliefs and habits around prioritising self-care and make powerful changes that support you and your well-being
  • Create and integrate your personal self-care plan that fits easily into your lifestyle
  • Have fun exploring and getting creative with all the possibilities that this amazing tool can be used for
  • Feel relaxed and connected on a new level with your circle
How to book:
  • Choose a time when you and your group can get together
  • Contact me through the booking form for available times/days
  • Pay the deposit to secure your booking (payment details provided upon booking)
  • Choose whether each guest contributes equally to the cost or, as host, you contribute the full amount
  • Relax knowing that you will soon be learning, using and having fun with EFT
Details:
  • In-home bookings in the SE Qld/Northern NSW regions
  • Cost of workshop - $650
  • Maximum number of guests - 10
  • Deposit $65
  • The workshop has 2 x 2-hour segments with a break for lunch/refreshments in between. Guests can bring a share plate or the host can arrange refreshments.
  • The downloadable workbook will be sent to the host prior to the booked date, which can be forwarded to the guests to print if they wish. Alternatively, any notebook can be used.
