Many years of research and study have been undertaken into the efficacy of EFT.
Dr Peta Stapleton is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Bond University, Gold Coast Australia, and conducts clinical studies into EFT.

​Here Peta explains the results found in her own and other research both in Australia and internationally, into using EFT to resolve anxiety, depression, PTSD and stress.
