1 Hour Session
ENTLE is a gentle acoustic dry-floating experience for people feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tense or unable to fully switch off. Fully clothed, dry and non-invasive, each session creates a calm space where the body can soften, settle and reconnect.
The body does not surrender to force. It responds to the right environment.
In a world that asks us to do more, think more and push through, the nervous system can become exhausted. This gentle acoustic dry-floating experience offers a quiet, low-stimulation space where the body can soften, the mind can quieten and deep rest can begin from within.
Subtle body-felt waves move through water beneath you, creating a calm space for relaxation, emotional settling and inner reconnection — without pressure, force or overwhelm.
6 Session Package - Acoustic Restoration Therapy
Experience the cumulative effects of ongoing sessions of ART on the Entle Acoustic Dry Float Bed.
This is an invitation to stop.
Not to process, not to perform, not to explain. Simply to stop and allow the body to remember what it feels like to be genuinely, deeply at rest.
During your Acoustic Restoration Therapy session, you will be held on the ENTLE® dry float platform — a remarkable sound bed that delivers coherent acoustic frequency programs directly into the body's tissues. Through the principles of cymatics, structured water science, and piezoelectric fascial response, these frequencies work in quiet conversation with your body's own biological intelligence — not overriding it, but amplifying what it has always known how to do.
There is nothing required of you but presence. No talking, no recounting, no making sense of anything. Just the body, the sound, and the unhurried intelligence of your own nervous system finally given permission to settle.
**What you may notice:**
A heaviness that is not tiredness — something closer to relief. A quieting of the internal noise. Warmth moving through the tissues. And in the days that follow — deeper sleep, a greater spaciousness around what usually feels urgent, and a quality of ease that is difficult to describe but immediately recognisable.

Ten Energy Psychology/EFT Sessions Package
In these sessions we use Energy Psychology methods including EFT and other techniques to gently release issues from your past, stresses, challenges and anxiety in every day life, and core negative beliefs and perceptions. We uncover and work on a very deep level with core beliefs (beliefs that control our thought patterns, feelings and behaviour) to bring about lasting change and relief from a wide variety of issues from grief, anxiety, phobias, pain management, abuse and trauma to parenting and self-image, helping to remove emotional blocks, bring new awareness and promote personal empowerment. It is not uncommon for ancestral and past life connections to show through, leading to a multi layered release.
You will learn to use EFT giving you this effective tool to use outside of sessions and maintain your peace and balance.
Sessions typically are 60 - 90 minutes. First session - please allow up to 2 hours

You will learn to use EFT for yourself, giving you this effective tool to use outside of sessions and maintain your peace and balance.
