Single Session
In these sessions we use Energy Psychology methods including EFT and other techniques to resolve issues from the past, stresses in the present, challenges and anxiety in every day life, and core negative beliefs and perceptions. We uncover and work with core beliefs (unconscious beliefs that control our thought patterns and behaviour) to bring about lasting change and relief from a wide variety of issues from grief, anxiety, phobias, pain management, abuse and trauma to parenting and self-image, helping to remove emotional blocks, bring new awareness and promote personal empowerment.
You will learn to use EFT for yourself, giving you this effective tool to use outside of sessions and maintain your peace and balance.
Sessions typically are 60 - 90 minutes long. First session - please allow up to 2 hours
Available in person or online via Zoom/Jitsi
